Multiple updates for Special Characters out now!

I had posted this earlier on the Discord server, but for those who do not follow it, here are the latest changes:

 

Bretonnia:

• Fixed bugs with missing Blessing of the Lady and Lance Formation special rules.

Empire:

• Added Bertha Bestrafnung
• Added Valten Champion/Exalted of Sigmar

High Elves:

• Fixed bug with Eltharion missing Martial Prowess.
• Phytrion and Liandra are Heroes.
• Fixed missing Multiple Shot value for Fithvael. Their bows are Elven longbows.
• Fixed Troop Type for Liandra, is now Mo.
• Removed armour from Salendor, cost 270 pts.

Vampire Counts:

• Added Prince Vhordrai.
• All enemy models within 6" of Lady Olynder must re-roll successful Psychology tests.
• Each model slain by this attack allows Lady Olynder to regain 1 Wound previously lost during the game, up to her starting value.
• Lady Olynder can use the Grave-sands to heal D3 Wounds previously lost during the game, up to her starting value.
• Lady Olynder costs 400 pts.
• Kurdoss may re-roll failed rolls To Hit in close combat against the enemy Army General.
• At the start of each of your turns, roll a D6; on a 5+, the enemy General cannot make use of their Inspiring Presence ability until the start of your next turn.
• Kurdoss costs 210 pts.
• Fellreaper is a great weapon.
• Reikenor costs 240 pts.
• Any friendly unit of Skeletons or Zombies joined by Gunther may re-roll failed Leadership rolls to march due to nearby enemies, restrain from pursuit and reform.
• Gunther costs 135 pts.
