  3. Say Matthias: I have a couple of questions. The Pygmies. I find them a potential army list candidate, if only minor/ add on to another lustria army. Though, to pad out lore and numbers, why not base them on any particular South American culture? If Mayan/Incan/Aztec were already used on the Lizardmen and Amazons, what is left to use for the Pygmy tribes? Then there are the Pirates of Sartosa. I am aware you already plan on use the Lore of the Deep to replace the Lore of Stromfels for them. However, The lore of Stromfels is associated with the lore of Manann. Makes sense since the devoted of Stromfels see him as Manann as he really is. Do you think the Deep is a good substitution for Sartosa? Maybe include the lore of Stromfel for one of your other books, perhaps on priests of the Old world. Each god of the old world as a cult. And they know petty spells. What do you think?

    1. I still don't have much interest in doing a Pygmy list, sorry.

The Lore of the Deep and the Lore of Stromfels is the same thing really. Going by the other gods (Sigmar, Ulric), none of them really have full lore as such anyway.

    2. If you really are sure about the Deep. As for Pygmy list, it would be tricky to come up with. Maybe even more so than the Border Princes. The I head they do have more lore involving something called Babel Garden, or something like that. I forget what it was called. Judging by the miniature design, and what little history, Pygmy list does seem unlikely. However, with the Pygmies, I see potential for a faction based on, what I personally see, a mix of South American and/or African culture. There are other PreColumbian cultures aside from the Aztecs, Mayans, and Incans. While the Lizardmen and Amazons take up those particular South American/Mexica cultures, there are others. Including some that haven't been documented until recently. Perhaps a mix of different sources, from Native American tribe, to other current day Amazon tribes, to maybe a little inspiration from ancient South Africa tribes. While a Pygmy list is highly unlikely, I wish some of the older stuff of Warhammer would make a come-back. Creative Assembly managed with the Fimir, and the Zoats; with Games Workshop reintroducing Gnomes to the Rpg; so that opens the door for so many others, like the Snake-men of Khuresh. Maybe it's just rambling/wishful thinking from me. IF it could be done, or IF you ever decide to change your mind, what do you think could be added/done to the Pygmies of Lustria to make them even a potential minor army? Aside from an asthetic change?
