Warhammer: Chaos Dwarfs 1.4 out now!

This update changes the following:

  • To determine in which direction the Giant falls, roll a scatter dice. Place the small template in base contact with the Giant in the direction of the scatter dice, measured from the centre of the Giant's base. A model hit by a falling Giant suffer a Strength 6 Hits with the Multiple Wounds (D3) special rule.
  • Fixed inconsistent wording with Armed to da Teef.
  • Lammasu Mace Tail upgrade costs 15 pts.
  • K'daai: Any non-magical attacks suffer a -1 Strength penalty against them. Blazing Body only requires testing at the start of your turn, not every turn. Costs 50 pts.
  • K'daai Destroyer has S7, M8. Costs 300 pts. Brazen Wings upgrades gives the model Fly (7). Razor Horns costs 35 pts.
  • Black Orcs have A2.
  • Goblin Slaves do not have light armour by default, may upgrade to it for ½ point. Spear and shortbows cost ½ point.
  • Orc Slaves costs 4 pts, do not have light armour by default, may upgrade to it for 1 point.
  • Steam Cannonade does not suffer any To Hit penalties for moving and shooting or firing multiple shots.
  • Unless Drazhoath the Ashen is your Army General, you may not have more units of Infernal Guard than you have units of Chaos Dwarf Warriors in your army.
  • Chaos Dwarf Warriors and Devastators may take a magic banner up to 25 pts.
  • Infernal Guard may take a magic banner up to 50 pts. May take great weapons. One unit may be upgraded to Infernal Ironsworn with WS5 and Ensorcelled Hand Weapons. This counts as a Special unit.
  • Sneaky Gits are a special unit, does not require other hobgoblins to be taken.
  • Spear Chukkas are a special unit, does not require other hobgoblins to be taken.
  • Added missing Multiple Wounds (D6) to Dreadquake Mortar.
  • One war machine or Hellcannon that is within 3" of the Deamonsmith can use his Ballistic Skill or re-roll one artillery dice or scatter dice during each Shooting phase.
  • Removed Move or Fire from Blunderbusses.
  • Giant Wolf mount has Fast Cavalry special rule.
  • Added Earthshaker Mortar as a new weapon team.
  • Inferno Gun has 18" range.
  • Devastators may not take weapon teams.
  • You may take 1-2 Hobgoblin Spear Chukkas as a single special choice.
  • Inferno Guns/Earthshaker Mortars/Bazukas follow the rules for Shooting at Lone Characters. They must deploy within 3" of the unit they have been purchased with, but otherwise operate as their own unit.
  • Siege Giant costs 190 pts.
  • Daemonic models have Immunity (Poisoned Attacks).
  • Colossus High-powered Engine no longer suffers double Wounds. Costs 35 pts.
  • Astragoth costs 300 pts, has medium armour.
  • Bull Centaurs pay 2 pts for medium armour.
  • Bull Centaurs Renders pay 6 pts for medium armour.
